Black and White is inspired by the most popular superstar of the moment, but also the ugly-looking, weird high school student, Hebe Beauty. She keeps changing schools for various reasons, this time to the famous Rakugo Academy, pretty much considered the last school that Black and White could go to. Here she meets, Hatsumomo, who has a kingly domineering aura and is known as the son of a dragon, with vast cosmic blue starry eyes that are hard to wave away in one's mind after just one look. Because of the accident, the black and white spirit offended this school's film and television department of the top students, in other words, equal to offend the entire school.
